If you have a question about Merchant Manager, there’s
a good chance that someone else may have had the same question.

this information, you’ll be able to quickly and effectively
troubleshoot specific issues that you’re having. We invite

Shipping Settings for Sending
Goods Abroad
- Go to My Store,
Tax Manager and
under Tax Billing by Location
add threeRegions.
(e.g. UK, US & AU, EU).
- Under Modify Locations
for each region, add the countries you want to add
to this location.
(e.g. EU: France, Germany, Austria, etc.).
- Go to Orders,
Shipping Modules
and then edit the options acccordingly
(e.g. Flat Rate Shipping
Zone US
& AU, Per Item Shipping
Zone EU).
This will enable the shipping options only for the countries
you specified. (e.g. only someone from a country set under
EU will have the 'Per Item' option and only this option).
Configuring FREE Shipping Example for
orders over $150
- Go to Orders
Order
Total Shipping
- Allow Free Shipping: true
- Free Shipping For Orders Over: $150.00
- Provide Free Shipping For Orders Made: both

Make sure you are using the correct
format in in the Zone Rates Shipping Table!
In this case, to charge shipping of $4.00 on all
articles up to a value of $150, but to also enable
FREE shipping to those orders over $150, the format
would need to be 149.99:4,150:0 |
Weight Options
If you see the error message - "Sorry, this
option is not availabe with your order"
under shipping method please check that:
- You have correctly loaded your chosen Delivery Options
into Merchant Manager.
- You have not entered the value symbol next the the
actual value incorrectly - 0.45 is good value, 0.45g
is *not* a good value, value must not contain the
weight symbol).
